sensory tour

for art lovers with a visual impairment

This sensory tour is exclusively for people with visual impairments and any accompanying persons. After a brief welcome and introduction, we’ll take you on a tour of the museum and the current exhibition(s), such as Cremer in Context and Look Around You. The art comes to life through descriptions, tactile materials and audio clips, amongst other things. You may bring a companion (free of charge) or an assistance dog. Please do register your companion in advance, as there is a maximum number of visitors. You can register via this website. Participation in the tour is free of charge. However, a valid museum ticket is required. You can purchase this on the spot at the ticket office. The museum will be closed to the general public during the guided tour. For this reason, entry is via the designated rear entrance (Potgietersingel).
